Connecting Black Women is a quarterly informal meeting place where Black women can meet, grow, and care. In this facilitated session, Black women can spend time focused on connecting with other Black women, sharing personal and professional goals, building their network, venting - whatever you need to feel more connected as you move through the day.

Who is this event for? Any Black woman that is looking to connect with a professional network of other Black women is welcome to attend. It doesn't matter what industry you're from, how many years of experience you have, or where you live. You're welcome here.

What happens? What should I expect? Each session features small group conversations. We give you questions to get started, and help ensure that connections are happening. Expect to meet someone new, discover what you have in common, and find ways to get focused on your goals. 

Do I have to prepare anything? Nope! You don't need an "elevator pitch," polished resume, or bullet points. Come as you are and engage at your own pace.

What if I can't stay or if I need to come late? That's fine with us. We're all busy and finding time can be tough.  Drop in and drop out as you need. If you're able to prioritize being there, even for a moment, you are welcome.

How many people will be there? Limited space available. Though any Black woman is invited to join, the event will be kept small to maximize opportunity to get to know each other.

How much does it cost? We intentionally keep the price of participation low in order to make the event as accessible as possible. The registration fee for each event is $10.
